Fabulous Japanese SHIBAYAMA Insect Fly Pendant in 14K

  

This is a fabulous pendant. I had my jeweler create this 14K yellow gold, rather heavy frame. He placed the SHIBAYAMA so nicely under glass as to not damage its unique fabulous piece of art. The SHIBAYAMA features four insects which are created using hand painting for the legs. The bodies are natural stones which are hand carved.

There is two amber bugs at the top followed by a mother of pearl and abalone. The back is hand signed by the artist. I think this is a Wonderfull marriage of old world Japanese and new world American. This Pendant is in excellent condition with no damage. Of course I honor this policy.
