For your consideration is a vintage Japanese Satsuma Fine Porcelain vase. Multi colored deep jewel tones with gold accents are mirrored on both sides of the vase.

The featured scene is five Geisha in a boat, landscape and mountains in the background. Side panels and neck are flowers and bamboo leaves also edged with gold. Bands at the top, middle and bottom are in alternating colors of black and rust. Moriage covers the entire vase.

The handles are lions blowing in bright gold trim. The top opening has an elongated and scalloped shape.

The base is a modified, scalloped four foot design. The condition of the vase is excellent. There are no chips, cracks, repairs, loss of gold, hand painting or scratches. Marked on the base Satsuma Fine Porcelain.
