Appears to have been converted into use as a lamp. A worthy object for repair, study, and display. This piece will make a terrific object for any student or appreciators collection of Japanese art and artifacts. Fair condition with what appears to be repairs around the mid-section - please see attached images. No base on this piece, but there is a cross-member attached to the base, which may indicate that this was converted for use as a lamp.
