Dating to the turn of the century this woodblock appears to be hand colored in gouache and watercolor. Signed top right this attractive Japanese work shows expected toning for its age and two marks in the top corners from the adhesive used as well as some marks to its frame. The woodblock measures 9 x 5.75 inches while its period thin black wood frame measures 14.5 x 8.75 inches.
