The piece is about 7 1/8 inches tall and 3 1/4 inches in diameter. It has a flat silver lip and a flat silver foot. It is nicely decorated with tree peonies, chrysanthemums and a bird is silver wire on a black enamel ground. Condition on the piece is good.

I have not attempted to clean the rims; there seems to be some dried out-adhesive around the foot edges. A fine piece of cloisonne!
