Japanese old copper vase Flower signed w / box BV316. Fine copper vase with dragon design. The artist's signature is on the bottom of the vase.

Takashi Omori / Takaoka copper ware. After graduating from high school, studied under Shoen Suga (a nationally designated intangible cultural property holder) from 1971, and learned wax casting techniques. 7 years later, in 1978, he started his own business, which he continues to this day. First prize at Nitten in 1973, and four times since then. Selected for the first time at the Japan Modern Crafts Exhibition, and twice since then. Selected for the first time at the Toyama Prefectural Exhibition, and since then has been consecutively selected and awarded twice. 1980 Selected for the first time at the Japan New Crafts Exhibition, and several times since.
